If you run away from problems, problems will always chase you

Running away from problems is not the solution.
The more you run away from them, the more they appear to chase you.

If you consider every problem as a challenge and you work towards finding a solution for the problem,you will see a victory in defeating those challenges.

Problems will try to dominate the situation if nothing is done and you will eventually find yourself sad and hopeless. We don’t want this. We want solutions.

Every problem has a solution. We just need to think and analyze. We also need to make some effort to get the solution.

Hard work is behind great achievements

Hard work is on the other side of those great achievers and successful people.

"Great achievements are not a one step process. One has to work through many steps."

Each step is like a battle which must be won with lots of energy, preparation and effort.
To climb to the top we need perseverance, determination, passion (or madness) and motivation. These are the fuel of our success.

As we climb up, not every time things will happen according to our wishes. We also need to deal with failures and understand why there were failures. After defeating failures, we can climb to the next step.

How to break Internet Addiction?

Internet Addiction. No time for her.
No one really thought that one day we will land into this problem of Internet Addiction.

Googling everything.
Blogging everything.
Tweet. Retweet everything.
Download. Download and still downloading.
Skype whole day.
Online gaming.

Do you find yourself in a similar situation?
Do feel that the Internet has taken over your life?
Take a break.

While researching on this topic, I got to learn this is called Internet Addiction Disorder

“Internet addiction disorder (IAD) is now more commonly called problematic internet use (PIU) or compulsive internet use (CIU).Other overlapping terms include internet overuse, problematic computer use or pathological computer use – and even iDisorder. These terms avoid the word addiction and are not limited to any single cause, but only reflect a general statement about excessive computer use that interferes with daily life.”
The first steps towards breaking this addiction is understanding the causes. The most common causes are:
  • Loneliness
  • Shyness
  • Depression
  • Lack of emotional support

Try to understand the causes and see which areas of your life need improvement.

Different Types of Computer or Internet Addictions and their effects on our life
  • Information overload: Too much online surfing leads to decreased productivity at work and fewer interactions with family members.
  • Compulsions: Excessive time spent in online activities such as gaming, trading of stocks, gambling and even auctions often leads to overspending and problems at work.
  • Cybers*x addiction: Too much surfing of p*rn sites often affects real-life relationships.
  • Cyber-relationship addiction: Excessive use of social networking sites to create relationships rather than spending time with family or friends may destroy real-life relationships.

Physical Symptoms of Online Addiction
  • Backache
  • Headaches
  • Weight gain or loss
  • Disturbances in sleep
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Blurred or strained vision

How can someone get help?
There are organizations like Illinois Institute for Addiction Recovery which provide help to overcome addictions.

My verdict
Life is meant to be lived, to be enjoyed. So live physically and experience reality. Don’t condemn yourself or restrict yourself to the digital prison. It’s called the “web”. Use it but do not get trapped in the “web”.

We attract and manifest our fears

When we have fear for something we are unconsciously wishing for that something. Fear is a powerful force that attracts negative events, things and situations in our lives.

Just say NO to fear. Take control of your life.

Our subconscious mind gets programmed according to what we feed into it. The subconscious mind cannot differentiate between positive and negative thoughts.

Constant fear means programming the subconscious mind negatively. We don’t even realize what we are doing.

To oppose fear, develop self-confidence, read self-help books and practice affirmations. I will elaborate on affirmations in another post later.

Try to analyze your life deeply and see if you had such experiences and what were the outcomes.

Do we ask the cells within our body to reproduce or work ?

NO, we don’t. All cells reproduce to keep all the systems inside our body working. But we don’t ask them what they should do. Nor we ask them to reproduce. This process is more formally called cell division.

Then why these little workers work so hard for us?

Red Blood Cells carry Oxygen to all parts of our body.

Everything in our body is made up of just cells. The cells are like the bricks of our house. What will happen if each brick starts to break? Let’s now compare this to our body. Each cell gets regenerated. Old cells are replaced by new one "automagically".
The cells get to work whenever there is a wound. But again who told them to do this?

Either cells are intelligent and can think (like tiny humans) OR there is a natural force built within all living things which causes cells to work.

In biology classes, we are taught the function of different cells in our body. Why the cells do these functions no science explain this.  

According to me, medical science and biology are not interested in these questions.

I don’t care what you think!!
What you say about me is crap. It’s gossip!!
What you think of me is your jealousy!!
You feel insecure!!
You are free to do so!!
It does not affect me!!
It’s not your job to evaluate me!!
I am who I am!!

A whole lifetime won’t be enough to start considering each and every opinion people have on you. If you really start doing this you will waste lots of energy and you will feel exhausted. 

When people talk behind your back they do it to gain fame. Such people want to show they are superior to you. They are jealous of you or they feel very insecure.

If we start programming our mind how to deal with this, our life will be easier and we will feel more lightly.

Never let other’s opinions become a priority in your life.

Everyone has been created UNIQUE on this earth. Yes everyone is TOTALLY UNIQUE.
You have the right to be the way you are.
You don’t need to change or adapt yourself according to what people say or talk about you.
